Shepard Order Forms
*NEW!!! You may now order services from Shepard online! Follow these instructions for online ordering. Printable order forms are also located below.
1. Log on to the Shepard web site at www.shepardes.com
2. Click on e-services (green oval on the left side of the page).
3. Click on the show you will be attending (Atlanta Fall Home Show).
4. First time users click on Create a New Log-in and complete the information requested. When entering event code, use 01581007.
5. You should now see the introduction page.
6. Use the menu on the left side of the page to choose the option that you are interested in.
7. To place an order, you will need to enter the desired quantity of each items.
8. When you have completed your order, click on add to my cart at the bottom of the page.
9. Follow steps 5-8 for all your ordering needs.
10. When ordering is complete, click on checkout at the bottom of your "my cart" page.
11. Fill out the required credit card information and click submit order.
12. For your records, you may print a copy of your sales receipt by clicking printable version. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after your order is submitted.
