Her passion for cake decorating began at age 5 with an easy-bake oven and a creative mom; and that lifelong passion has blossomed into a career specializing in sculpted & custom cake work. Ashley has completed 2 Food Network Cake Challenges and has been seen on CBS and NBC. Her work has been featured in several publications as well as on the cover of American Cake Decorating magazine. Her hope is that her cakes will help inspire your next special event or possible even you to pursue your own passions in life!

Hans insists he is not an expert on anything but it’s his love of food that decided his profession. He grew up in North Georgia living above his parents North Georgia landmark restaurant, the Woodbridge Inn. He is Georgia’s only Next Food Network Star finalist (chosen from over 8,000 contestants), and finished third in the competition. He went on to produce Hans Cooks the World, which won three Telly awards and he is the author of Eat Like There’s No Tomorrow. Come experience Han’s cooking demonstration as he takes you through what and how to prepare foods found right here in Georgia!

Extensively trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Robert Gayle has demonstrated his superior talents and his creative abilities for more than 15 years to some of America’s most recognizable celebrities including Russell Simmons, P. Diddy, and Jennifer Lopez and he also served as Head Chef at Justin’s Restaurant here in Atlanta for three and a half years. The more Rob studied the art of cuisine, the greater his desire to personally build a reputation for providing exceptionally fine fare. His infusion of Jamaican, Asian, American and Southern cuisines are innovative and wildly creative. Now Chef Rob will share his favorite Caribbean Creations with you live and in person!
